Call for Research participants:  Comparative Analysis of Costs and Obligations in Strata Living 

 Strata Stakeholders needed for focus group sessions 

Are you in Victoria, NSW, Queensland, or South Australia and involved in a strata scheme.

RMIT University together with University of NSW, Queensland University of Technology and University of Adelaide are researching across Australia, comparative analysis of costs/obligations for strata apartments contrasted with strata townhouses, as part of an Australian Housing and Urban Research Project (AHURI). 

We are recruiting participants for focus group sessions. 

Participation entail 1-2 hours focus group session to share your experiences regarding costs and obligations faced by strata stakeholders (owner / owner/occupier / renter / committee member / strata property manager / service provider / social housing provider etc.). 

Focus groups will be scheduled online, during the late afternoon (4-6pm AET), in October/November 2026.
