Earthworker Smart Energy offer whole of home Thermal Envelope Assessments.

Identify air leakage, providing detailed reports of recommended solutions, as well as Draught-Proofing installation services.

Thermal Envelope Assessment: ESEC’s team will assess your home or building, recommending improvements for energy efficiency and thermal comfort. You will receive a detailed report focusing on draughts and insulation coverage with recommendations for improvements.

Draught proofing: After we’ve assessed the thermal envelope of your home we will also give you a detailed list of draught proofing works that we recommend be completed. Our crew of installers are able to perform all the work listed, liaising with you about the look and feel of the draught proofing products as well as advising you on other changes to how you use your home to increase thermal comfort and energy efficiency.

Areas that we commonly draught proof are around external doors, skirting board gaps, wall vents, exhaust fans & unused ducts. We also draught proof doors between areas that are heated and those that aren’t, so that you can control the temperature and comfort levels in different zones.
