Winning window upgrade

This 50 year old apartment building needed a window upgrade for all 66 apartments.

The ambitious retrofit was initiated by the owners corporation. Thanks to the window installer exceeding expectations and going above and beyond during the process the community are now enjoying increased comfort and liveability.

Our building recently underwent a comprehensive window maintenance, repair and double glazing project.

Embarking on a large-scale project involving 66 apartments posed several challenges. Coordinating communication with a large group of owners, managing complex financial arrangements, and dealing with the difficult site access were just a few of the hurdles we faced.

Additionally, the usual issues that accompany maintenance projects in older buildings, such as unexpected structural problems and logistical constraints, added to the complexity.

The end result— high-quality double glazing — exceeded our expectations. The improved thermal efficiency and noise reduction have already made a noticeable difference in the comfort and livability of our apartments.
