All Electric Homes, Electrify Yarra the City of Yarra and a strata management group are providing the advice you need as part of an apartment electrification pilot.

Thanks to Council funding, selected apartment complexes in the City of Yarra can receive an assessment and feasibility report worth up to $1,500. Come along to the first info session to find out more and learn:

• Apartment Electrification 101: What apartment electrification is, why it’s important, the role of the City of Yarra program, how an Electrification Action Plan is developed, what information is collected (site inspections, electrical data, existing infrastructure), and how the digital assessment platform helps streamline the process for owners corporations.

• Governance & Owners Corporation Considerations: The role of strata managers, governance responsibilities, common roadblocks, lessons from previous projects, and practical guidance for committees and OC managers considering electrification.
