Our selection process
The section criteria is pretty straight forward, here's what we'll consider:
Building size (we need to work with one low, one mid and one high rise building)
Buildings that have had or will soon have an electrification feasibility study or report for your base building/common areas
A committee that's keen to collaborate and open to share information for the benefit of your owners and the broader community of people who own or live in apartments
How challenging electrification might be for your building. We're most interested in projects likely to have small or medium-scale challenges to electrification (the challenges could be governance, financial, physical etc). Because the electrification of existing apartment buildings is still in it's infancy we won't learn as much starting with buildings where it's near impossible or buildings where it's just a no-brainer.
Other than that, selection will happen on a first-come-first serve basis to allow our project (and your upgrade) to keep moving. After you’ve submitted the form, we’ll line up a time to chat.
