Making your residential strata building EV ready

The NSW Government created information, tools and resources to help apartment building communities and owners corporations understand the cost of retrofitting electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure.

Its aim is to help apartment building communities understand not only the cost of the charging equipment, but also the related infrastructure upgrades that may be necessary.   

While the assumptions used in the tool are based on industry best practises and have been peered reviewed by industry stakeholders, it is to be used as a guide only.

Please be aware that NSW has different legislation to Victoria so while much of the guidance will be relevant, anything related to owners corporation legislation may not be relevant in the Victorian context.
