Victorian Government: OC Act Review released

The Owners Corporations Act 2006 (OC Act) governs the management of apartments, in Victoria. The Act sets out the legal framework for how common property is managed, repaired and insured, defines the rights and obligations of lot owners and regulates owners corporation (OC) managers.

The Victorian Government appointed an panel to review the OC Act to identify opportunities to improve its operation.  Their report has now been released publicly. We encourage you to have a read and stay informed.
