Speakers:
Kate Nicolazzo: Kateruns the Melbourne social change agency Let Me Be Frank - where she works to solve a range of climate and sustainability issues, including sustainability in apartments. Their 2024 High Life Expo sold out, attracting over 1,000 registrations, and proved there's a huge appetite among apartment residents for exactly this kind of support. That’s why Kate is getting ready to launch High Life Living as a new not-for-profit organisation that wants to see a future where no apartment resident is left behind in the transition to sustainable, climate-resilient living.
Jacob cain: Jacob the President of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the Real Estate Institute of Australia, representing both at COP29. He's a Director of the Melbourne Opera Charitable Foundation and a Victorian Government Housing Advisory Board member. He is currently Co-Chair of a three-year project into Property Management Best Practices being undertaken by the Consumer Policy Research Centre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, an MBA from Monash University, and a Master’s in International Relations from Harvard University, where he graduated on the Dean’s List for Academic Excellence. He is a PhD candidate at the Australian National University’s National Security College,
